With the final release of the GT-5000 turntable, HIFI2020 will be your chance to hear the complete Yamaha Music Australia's two-channel analogue 5000 Series high-end system in its full production form.

It’s a unique turntable, taking Yamaha’s ‘Great and Tremendous’ GT designs of the past and bringing them into the 21st century with new technology and materials in a design reflective of the GT heritage and absolute quality in craftsmanship and construction. A pure straight and short arm delivers absolute transparency and openness in sound, while balanced signal paths delivering absolute purity in signal transmission and a new delicacy in the pursuit of pure musicality: what Yamaha calls True Sound.
